Jumbo Crab cakes


1 Lb. Jumbo lump Crab Meat
1/2 Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced no longer than 1 inch
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. Old Bay or Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp. dry mustard
2Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
2-3 slices white bread that have been dried on the counter for a day. then crumble bread without crust.

2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire


Sauté peppers with butter and garlic till tender. Whip eggs in a bowl. Stir in mayo and seasonings. reserve 2/3 of crab and mix all thoroughly. Gently fold in remaining crab. form 4-5 large balls and press lightly on an oiled sheet. Broil 4-6 minutes till lightly browned and warmed thru. Mix sauce and serve.
