Ingredients
3/4 lb. Blue Crab meat
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced bell pepper
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 stick butter melted
15-20 large mushrooms
Instructions
Mix all but last three ingredients. Remove stems from cleaned mushrooms. pack cavities with mix drizzle with butter and sprinkle on the Parmesan.
bake at 400 degrees till browned about 15 minutes
