Caviar Deviled Eggs


1-2 ounces caviar
12 hard boiled eggs split
1/4 cup creme fraiche
1 tablespoon capers
2-4 Tbsp fresh parsley, dill, or watercress


cut eggs in half
whip yolks, creme fraiche and herbs. stir in capers fill cavities and top with caviar
