Ingredients
4-catfish fillets approx 6 oz. each
1 cup milk
Bread crumbs unseasoned
2 Tbls. Blackening spice
3 Tbls. butter melted
2 lemon
Tartar
hot sauce to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Soak fish in milk. season breadcrumbs with Blackening spice. remove fish and add to bread crumbs coating well. drizzle baking sheet with butter' lay down fish and drizzle fillets with remaining butter bake 8-10 minutes. Mix hot sauce with tartar sauce and serve with lemon wedges.
