Ingredients
2-8 oz. fish fillets
1/4 cup wine or stock
2 Tbls. Seasonings
Instructions
Place fish on microwave safe plate and cover bottom with wine. Sprinkle with herbs. Wrap in Plastic wrap. Microwave 4 minutes on High. Chill 1 hour. Serve with sour cream n dill sauce and lemon wedges.
