Tuna Nicoise Salad


1 pound tuna
8 oz Burhop's Bon Dijon marinade
½ pound green beans, blanched (or asparagus)
6-8 cooked red potatoes, quartered
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ pint grape tomato
1 seedless cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 red pepper cut in ½ inch cubes
Optional, (hard boiled eggs olives and artichokes)


Marinate the vegetables with half of marinade. Marinate tuna 20 minutes and grill or broil till medium rare. Slice tuna and arrange on platter or plates
