Marinated Sashimi Wraps


1 1/2 Lb. Sushi grade Tuna
1 small onion sliced
1 Red Pepper diced
1/2 Cup Green onions cut in 1" pieces
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T. Lemon or lime juice
1 T. minced Ginger root


Combine vegetables with soy, ginger, and lime juice. Cut Steaks into strips close to 1x2 inches wide. cut into thin strips from there (like club crackers) add tuna 5 minutes before serving.
serve chilled
