Whole Greek Tilapia


2 1 lb. Snappers or Tilapia
¼ cup olive oil
1 lemon juiced
4 cloves garlic mashed
3 T . Oregano leafs crushed
1 t. basil
1 t. thyme
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper


Have your fish fully dressed (fins, scales, head, and tail removed). Run a knife gently along skin of fish 4 times per side (top to bottom) Mix marinade and rub fish well inside and out. Place on a medium heat grill over indirect fire for about 7-10 minutes per side. Check meat through slits for an opaque appearance.
