Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

2 lbs. Swordfish
1 bottle Burhop's Tahitian marinade
2 Tbls. oil
2 cups Mango Salsa

Instructions

Determine total cooking time of 10 minutes per inch at thickest point. Marinade fish 20 - 30 minutes. Preheat grill to 450 degrees if gas or till coals are hot and lightly ashed over. Clean Hot grate and brush with oil. Lay fish on grill, flesh first and cook till seared or longer. flip gently and cook till barely opaque through. Spoon salsa over fish.
