Casino Swordfish


1/2 cup white cream sauce
4 pc sword fish 8 oz. each with pocket cut
1 cup crab meat
1/4 cup roasted red peppers sliced
1 Tb. lemon
4 Tb. fresh basil sliced
pinch of salt and pepper


Combine crab, peppers, lemon, basil, salt and pepper. Stuff pockets and bake at 425 degrees for 8 - 12 minutes. serve covered with white sauce
