Sole with Pine Nuts and Basil


4 Dab sole fillets 6-8 oz. each
4 T. olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
2 T. basil, chopped
3 T. pine nuts


Mix oil lemon and basil. Marinate fish for 20 minutes. Place fish on a baking sheet and bake 5 minutes 450 degrees. Heat sauce and pine nuts to a simmer. Drizzle sauce over finished fish.
