Stuart's Rock Shrimp Burritos

Ingredients

1 lb. rock shrimp
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1-tablespoon vegetable oil
Salsa
Flour tortillas

Instructions

Sauté chopped green pepper and onion in oil. When vegetables are tender, stir in shrimp. Fill each tortilla with shrimp filling and roll up. Serve with Mexican rice and beans. Serves two.
