Cilantro Shrimp


1 pound of 21-25 ct. P.D.V. Gulf of Mexico Shrimps
2 cloves of garlic minced
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup chopped onions
4 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
3 lemons
salt and pepper to taste
cooked rice


First marinade shrimp with lemon and cilantro with salt and pepper to taste for 10 minutes. Sauté olive oil, garlic, and onions in a large fry pan over medium heat until onions begin to brown. Add shrimps and continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Serve over rice
