Beer Battered Shrimp


1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
3/4 cup Beer

1 lb. Peeled Shrimp
1 Qt. Canola Oil


Combine dry ingredients.
Gradually stir in beer.
Beat until smooth.

Pre heat Canola Oil to 350 degrees, Dip shrimp in batter and add to oil for 2- 5 minutes. ( 41-50 ct. 2 minutes, 21-25 ct. 3 1/2 minutes 10-15 ct. 5 minutes) Serve with your choice of sauces
Tip; use of a chop stick to remove shrimp from batter will keep the batter on the shrimp and off of your hands
