Grilled Sockeye Salmon


4 fillets 8 oz. each skinned
2 oz. Burhop's Shoyu Oriental Marinade
1 T Sesame oil
1 t. Grated Ginger
1 Lime


Preheat Grill
Mix Shoyu, Sesame oil, and Ginger and Marinate for 30 minutes.
Place fillets on HOT grill for approx. 3 minutes, or till fillet will easily lift off of grill. Flip. Grill other side for approx. 4 minutes. Total grilling time is based on about 7-8 minutes per inch of thickness. Serve with lime wedges
