Ingredients
1 lb. Lobster Meat
1 Bu. green onions
3 oz. butter
1 cup white wine
1 cup cream sauce
1/2 cup whipping cream
pinch chervil
pinch cayenne
pinch Dry Mustard
Bread Crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Chop onions Sauté in butter add wine and reduce by 1/2 add cream sauce, cream and seasonings
pour all in baking dish top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and finish quickly under broiler
