Ingredients
1-tablespoon olive oil
1-teaspoon rosemary
1 clove garlic
Tabasco sauce
2 lb. Tilapia, Black Bass or Snapper (whole with bone in, fins removed and cavity cleaned)
Instructions
Instructions: Sauté rosemary and garlic in olive oil. Add a little spicy sauce like Tabasco and stir. Add whole tilapia, bones in. Cook approximately 8 minutes per side. Serves two.
